I journal every so often. I used to every night, but then the blog took over my life. Even writing in the blog is a form of therapy for me. It clears my mind and helps the healing process.
What do I want to be everyday? I want to be happy. I want to make other people’s bad day better just be being nice. I want to turn their frown upside down just be a simple smile from my way.
