Terrible Tuesday: Law of Attraction

You have the ability to control your day, your behavior, your attitude, your outlook on life. It’s called Law of Attraction…

The law of attraction is understood by the concept that like attracts like. You can find examples in real life; misery loves company, the people of the same race, same socioeconomic status, and the same people who shares your hobbies, passions, likes and dislikes… all hang out together.

God definitely was looking out for me after the breakup. Not only do I love my job, but I love my co-workers. They are so happy positive people. I get excited to go to work just for them. On my evenings and weekends, I’m so grateful for the TIUTeam. The group of ladies that I hang out with work out together, support each others, and make plans with each other in terms of vacations and weekend outings. I found my workout buddy through Tone It Up. I love going to the gym and working out together. It keeps us accountable to us and our team.

We are responsible for bringing both positive and negative energy into our lives. How we spend our days is how we shape our future. If we spend our days wallowing in self-pity, we cannot see the silver lining in every experience in your life. Once you do start seeing the silver lining, you’ll notice life is more happier, more positive, and a little more easier.

The law of attraction encourages you to take control of your life. You have the freedom to take control of your life and your future.

As someone who suffers from depression, panic disorder, anxiety, and suicidal ideation, I need constant reminders that I am in control of my life, I am a fighter, and I deserve happiness. We are all fighters, we all deserve happiness, and we are all fighters… I said it before, but I’m going to say it again…

Stay Strong, Fighter. You are worth it.
