Yoga

I started doing yoga at Cabrini College freshman year of high school. I was 18 years old. This upcoming August will be a decade long yoga journey, which will mark half-way point to yoga teacher training graduation. Well a little more than half way…

Many of you know my love affair with yoga and how it literally and figuratively saved my life.  I started yoga teacher training on Friday, March 4th. I graduate Saturday, December 10th from East Eagle Yoga. Trust me; I will throw myself a graduation party! I haven’t had a graduation party from West Chester University if Pennsylvania when I graduated with my Master’s. I’m long overdue to celebrate myself and the accomplishments in my life.

There is more to yoga than just showing up for a class. Yoga involves your thoughts, your actions, your behavior, and your breathing. The breath is the most important part of yoga. You inhale positivity, exhale negativity. You inhale happiness, exhale sadness. You exhale toxins; you inhale the fresh clean air…

I’m excited to share this journey with you.

As always, kisses on the peace sign fingers and love…

XO Jenn
